Dr. Alexis Smith received her undergraduate degree in molecular biology at the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1997. She earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of California, Davis in 2002. Prior to joining our team, she worked for many years at another large emergency, general, and referral practice in the Sacramento area. When not practicing veterinary medicine, Dr. Smith enjoys running, cycling, and gardening.
