Dr. Cecil graduated from the University of California Davis, where she obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, and went to work in general practice for a year. She always knew that she wanted to work in ER and the rest of her career has been just that, working in ER and specialty referral practices. Dr. Cecil grew up in North Carolina and has been there for the past 10 years. She is now moving back to northern CA, which she missed very much! In her off time, she enjoys a little gardening, reading, cooking and eating, and travel as much as possible.
