About

Dr. Chey Bernal is a Northern California native, born and raised in a small town east of Redding. He graduated from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2016 and completed a rotating internship with Ironhorse Vetcare in 2017. He has since been working exclusively in emergency medicine. He is married to his wife Laura who is also a veterinarian and have 3 children (2 girls – ages 8 &10, and a 1 year old boy). They have a toy poodle mix named Pepper and a cat named Mitten.
